EOR Belgium services let you
hire staff with no Belgian SRL.
Between choosing a candidate and the first Belgian payslip sit several steps: matching the role to a joint committee (PC), drafting the contract and work regulations, filing the Dimona with the ONSS before day one and calculating précompte professionnel. We take each of them on.

What does one contract with us cover?
Our fee is from €599 per employee per month, billed in euros on one invoice with salary and ONSS.
No contribution ceiling applies, so the whole salary is priced into every quote.
Or the sector committee for the role, with its minimum scale and bonuses.
Applies to contracts starting from 1 August 2026, in the first six months.
How do you manage Belgian employees from outside Belgium?
Belgian employment rules come from the Law of 3 July 1978, national collective agreements and the joint committee for each sector. We apply all of them to your staff day to day.
- No trial period: void since 2014
- 20 days’ annual leave and replacement days for public holidays
- Guaranteed salary for 30 days and the 8-week relapse rule
- Written changes to pay, hours or place of work, including telework
- Reorganisations planned around protected employees
- Exit: notice, C4 and holiday certificate
The rule that most often catches foreign employers out is CCT no. 109. Once an employee has six months’ seniority, they can ask by registered letter for the concrete reasons behind a dismissal. The employer has two months to reply in writing or owes a civil fine of two weeks’ pay, and a dismissal judged manifestly unreasonable costs a further 3 to 17 weeks’ pay. We write the reasons down when notice is given.
What changes Belgian payroll costs mid-year?
Belgian salaries rise automatically with the index: under PC 200, pay went up 2.21% on 1 January 2026. Since 1 June 2026 the Programme Law limits indexation on the part of a full-time salary above €4,000 a month, and the employer pays a temporary ONSS contribution of about half the saving. Some payments also fall in set months, so the invoice for June or December looks different from the one for March.
- Précompte professionnel calculated monthly and remitted to the FPS Finance
- Employer ONSS at 25.00% and employee ONSS at 13.07% on the full salary, 2026
- Double holiday pay of 92%, usually in May or June
- 13th month and the €330.84 PC 200 premium (2026)
- Quarterly DmfA returns to the ONSS, each by the end of the next month

Which extras do Belgian candidates ask about?
Candidates in Belgium compare offers on more than gross salary. Meal vouchers, eco-vouchers and a home-office allowance are common, and senior roles often bring group insurance or a company car. Each extra has its own tax and ONSS conditions: meal vouchers, for example, stay exempt only while the employer’s share is no more than €8.91 and the employee pays at least €1.09. We set up each benefit you choose with the treatment its conditions allow.
- Meal vouchers, €8.91 employer share
- Eco-vouchers within the €250 yearly limit
- Home-office allowance, €164.21 a month
- Internet and computer allowances of €20 a month each
- Group insurance and hospital cover

Who handles which part of a hire?
Your hire joins our payroll on a Belgian contract under the joint committee for the role, and the employer’s legal duties are ours from the Dimona onwards.
You choose the person and define the job: the role, the goals and the results you expect.
Payroll, précompte professionnel, ONSS returns, leave records and the work regulations (règlement de travail) stay with our team.
A Belgian public holiday that falls on a Sunday or a usual day off must be replaced by another working day, and the replacement days must be posted before 15 December of the year before. In 2027, 15 August is a Sunday, so the notice for 2027 has to go up by 15 December 2026. We post it for you.
Is €599 high or low for an EOR?
Our Belgian service fee runs from €599 per employee per month; some platforms publish lower prices and others higher. It pays for a service that works on Belgium alone: the joint committee checked before each offer, the Dimona and DmfA filed, and one coordinator.

Competitor figures: published EOR prices per employee per month, read on 4 October 2026 from the providers’ own pricing pages, before discounts. We charge in euros; at the ECB rate for 2 October 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1225 USD), €599 equals $672.38 and Papaya Global’s European €650 about $729.63. RemoFirst and Native Teams list global starting prices that may rise by country. We sit above Deel, RemoFirst and Native Teams and below Remote, Oyster and Papaya Global. A dash: not checked.
