Costs explained, 2026

How is EOR Belgium pricing built up?

A Belgian hire’s monthly bill turns on two figures. The employer ONSS contribution is 25.00% of gross pay for 2026, and Belgium sets no ceiling on it. Then comes the service fee, which runs from €599 per employee per month. Salary and contributions pass through at cost; the fee is the only part we set.

Pricing questions

What do clients ask about cost?

What sets the monthly fee?+
Pricing begins from €599 per employee per month. Your written quote gives the monthly fee for each person before the contract is signed, next to the salary, employer ONSS and any benefits, so the total is known in advance.
Does a pay rise raise the fee?+
No. The fee is a flat monthly amount per employee, not a percentage of pay. A pay rise, the January indexation or the 13th month leave it unchanged. Employer contributions do follow salary, because ONSS is a percentage of gross pay with no ceiling.
How much does employer ONSS add in 2026?+
Employer ONSS for 2026 is 25.00% of gross pay: a 19.88% basic contribution plus 5.12% wage moderation. Belgium caps none of it, so a €6,000 salary attracts the same rate as a €3,000 one. Special and sector contributions add a small amount. No employer contribution applies to double holiday pay, while a structural reduction lowers the cost below about €3,820 a month.
What else is billed at cost?+
Salary, employer ONSS and sector contributions are invoiced at cost, with the compulsory work-accident insurance and external prevention service every employer needs. Benefits you choose, such as a home-working allowance (€164.21 monthly since 1 September 2026), and expenses you approve are added at cost too.
Is holiday pay on top of salary?+
Yes, within the salary bill rather than the fee. A white-collar employee with a full reference year receives double holiday pay of 92% of monthly salary, usually in May or June, and under PC 200 a 13th month by December. A year’s gross is then about 13.92 monthly salaries, with no employer ONSS on the 0.92.
What does ending a Belgian hire cost?+
Belgian notice rules set most of the cost. For a contract that starts from 1 August 2026, dismissal notice is one week during the first six months, then six weeks from six months’ seniority, eight weeks after a year and 12 weeks after two years. Notice can be worked or paid as an indemnity. The leaver also receives 15.34% of that year’s gross as exit holiday pay, and from six months’ seniority may ask for written reasons under CCT no. 109.
