Our company story

One employer
for your hires in Belgium

About EOR Belgium, briefly: we employ the people you choose on Belgian contracts and run their payroll, ONSS declarations and withholding tax. You keep the hiring decision and the content of the job. Our clients need one or a few people in Belgium without an SRL.

A first hire in Belgium usually stalls on paperwork: a notary deed, a BCE/KBO number, ONSS registration and a social secretariat, all before one payslip. We remove that queue; the person starts once the contract is signed.

Background

Who needs us?

A company new to Belgian hiring usually wants one person: a sales lead in Flanders, an engineer working from home in Wallonia, a manager in Brussels. Setting up an SRL for that one contract means equity, a financial plan, accounts at the National Bank and a social secretariat for years.

We give those companies a shorter route. The employee joins our Belgian payroll, and the client pays salary and contributions at cost, plus a service fee that runs from €599 per employee per month.

How we differ from a global platform

What do we do differently?

Many providers
EOR Belgium
✕Serve many countries through one standard process
✓Works on Belgium only, so each answer starts from the joint committee for the role
✕Quote a monthly fee per employee
✓Quote the full year: salary, 13th month, double holiday pay, 25% ONSS and our fee
✕Route questions through a shared support queue
✓Give each client one named payroll coordinator who checks every run and knows the team

Principles

Which rules do we keep?

Six principles shape how we look after a Belgian hire, written down so you can hold us to them.

The contract is ours

The employment contract is with us, so the employer’s duties under Belgian law are ours to carry.

Your coordinator

A named payroll coordinator handles your account and answers questions from you and your employees.

Real replies

Your questions go to staff who handle Belgian payslips daily and can explain why one changed in January.

No skipped steps

Work regulations, written terms, Dimona and DmfA are completed for every hire, with no step skipped to save a day.

Room to grow or shrink

A second Belgian hire is another contract on the same payroll, and a leaver follows the notice rules; no company to form or wind up.

Fees in plain figures

One fee per employee, salary and contributions at cost, and the full annual figure before you hire.

Your support

Which roles help your staff?

Four roles cover every Belgian hire, and each one knows the contracts and payroll history of your staff.

Your client manager

Your first contact for quotes, new hires and invoices, from the first conversation onwards.

Pay runs and ONSS returns

Monthly pay runs with précompte professionnel paid to the FPS Finance, Dimona and quarterly DmfA returns to the ONSS (RSZ), and 281.10 forms each year.

Staff and HR queries

Leave, sick notes, guaranteed salary and contract changes, handled under the Law of 3 July 1978.

Contracts and first day

The essential terms in writing (Law of 7 October 2022), plus work regulations and the Dimona to the ONSS, all ready before your new hire starts.

The same people handle your payroll from one month to the next.

Coverage

Where in Belgium can your hire live?

Employees may live in any part of Belgium. The region matters for two things: a non-EU hire’s work authorisation, which Flanders, Brussels or Wallonia decides, and the communal surcharge on income tax, which the employee’s commune of residence sets.

Regions

Brussels-Capital Region, Flanders and Wallonia, including Antwerp and Ghent
